With over 15 years of experience, her work supports individuals, families, and professionals navigating burnout, trauma, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Her approach integrates EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic practices to help clients move from survival into regulation, clarity, and long-term resilience.
Leah also provides clinical supervision and EMDR-informed consultation, supporting therapists in deepening presence, strengthening clinical confidence, and building sustainable, meaningful practices.

🌸 Leah — The Person
Leah is a devoted wife and mother of two daughters. She is a progressive partner who has learned the art of holding space for what matters most—family, purpose, growth, and presence.
Her life is grounded in faith, intentional living, and a deep commitment to legacy and generational healing.
She embodies both discipline and joy, living by the belief:
“There is nothing as powerful as teaching our children that we can do both well—and still create beautiful lives for ourselves and others.”
Outside of her work, Leah is fully present with her family—whether ziplining, traveling, cooking, dancing, or creating meaningful everyday moments. She shares a love of soulful cooking and dance with her youngest, and adventure and travel with her oldest, building connection in ways that honor each of them.
Leah draws inspiration from her parents’ legacy as educators and community leaders. Her late father, Peter Ondiek, was an educator and author, and her mother dedicated over 25 years to teaching—instilling values of integrity, service, and impact.
She finds renewal through travel, nature, spirituality, and embodied practices, influenced by formative experiences near Lake Victoria in East Africa.

Outside of work, he enjoys family time, serving in church, reading, reflecting, and being in nature. Those close to him describe him as grounded, faith-filled, and deeply compassionate — someone who embodies the principles of healing and wholeness he shares with his clients.
